In the municipality of Luquillo Puerto Rico, about 45 minutes away from San Juan.
Between 7 and 68 years of age.
IMPORTANT: Children 12 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult from their group for the duration of the tour. Participants aged 13 and older are allowed to join the tour independently, without adult supervision.
Participants must be under 230 lbs. Waistline must be under 42" to make sure the harness fits securely.
If the participants is 70 lbs or less we may do a tandem-ride where the certified tour guide goes along with the participant to make sure they make it across the ziplines.
There are no height restrictions.
We suggest booking as soon as possible since there is limited spacing for our tour sessions.
The tours need to be 100% prepaid with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). We do not accept cash the day of the activity.
Our tour costs $129 per person + municipal taxes. Online reservations are charged a 6% processing fee by Fareharbor. For more details please read our Terms and Conditions.
Our meeting times are at 8:30 am, 11:30 am and 2:30 pm. We can wait the latest until 8:45 am for the morning session, 11:45 am for the mid day session, and 2:45 pm for the afternoon session.
The zipline adventure is approximately 1.5 hour in length. First half hour is dedicated to check-in, handling of safety equipment and safety chat.
Comfortable shorts, good traction sneakers or hiking boots (highly recommended especially if it rains), rain jacket (optional), water, small backpack and a very BIG smile. No flip-flops or regular sandals are allowed. Good tractions sandals like Keens, Tevas, Chacos or Crocs with backstrap are allowed. You can bring your camera or cellular and carry it in a dry bag in your backpack. Yunque Ziplining is not responsible for lost items in our premises.
Yes, we take off rain or shine. Bring your rain-jacket if you have any. We only cancel due to severe thunderstorms or flooding. In this case a full refund will be provided.
The zipline course consists of 5 ziplines fluctuating between 100 and 1000 feet long.
It is not uncommon to have a fear of heights. Many people who have a fear of heights are still able to enjoy our zipline. Our ziplines fluctuate between 50 and 100 feet high.
We do not allow walk-alongs in the tour. The guests which are part of a group doing the tour but are not participating on the tour must stay in the Yunque Ziplining Base Camp area where they can relax, read a book, use the restrooms, enjoy the alluring views of the rainforest and watch the adventurers cross 3 ziplines.
The activities of ziplining, the canopy bridge and hiking must be performed to complete the adventure course in the rainforest. It is the only way to make it across the rainforest safely with the rest of the group. We do not offer packages that only include ziplining.
We provide roundtrip transportation from the San Juan tourist area.

You can take a taxi (preferably) or Uber. The directions to Yunque Ziplining are posted in our Contact webpage. The GPS address is: YUNQUE ZIPLINING MEETING POINT. This will take you to Road #992 in front of a basketball court which is only 2 minutes away from the ziplining premises. Please stay in your vehicle at the meeting point until you meet our tour guide. You will then follow our tour guide in your vehicle to the ziplining premises. __________________ Please be advised that we generally do not recommend the use of some taxi and Uber drivers because of the following reasons:• Taxi and Uber drivers run scarce especially in the San Juan area, so it might be difficult finding one at the last minute. Customers are advised to coordinate with the UBER drivers as soon as possible.• Some taxi and Uber drivers will not be willing to drive you all the way to our ziplining premises due to the steep road up the hill. Please make sure the driver waits for our tour guide at the meeting point and is willing to drive up to our premises.• Many taxi and Uber drivers will tell you they know where our ziplining premises are located since there are other ziplining tours nearby. Customers are recommended to specify the driver our exact meeting point to make sure they do not drop you off in the wrong location and you end up missing our tour.• Taxi and Uber drivers make many mistakes and cause delays.
• It is recommended customers to arrange for pickup and drop-off to ensure an stress-free visit to our premises.
We are not responsible if your taxi or Uber driver gets lost, arrives late, drops you off in another location, is late picking you up or does not bring you to the park as our instructions dictate. Guests not participating in the ziplining course have the option of going horseback or ATV riding at Hacienda Carabalí, just 7 minutes away from us. The beautiful Luquillo beach is also just 10 minutes away. Discover great food options at the popular Kiosks of Luquillo, 15 minutes away. Another great option is the famous Bioluminescent Bay in Fajardo located about 20 minutes away. And, of course, El Yunque National Forest, a MUST when you visit Puerto Rico, is 10 minutes away!
Uber Step-by-Step:
Open Uber app.
Tap “Where to”.
Tap the plus (+) sign on the right side of the screen, by the search bar.
Enter your pickup location.
Add “Yunke Zip Line Meeting Point” as the first stop.
Search “Zunke Zipline” (you’ll probably need to tap “get more results” at the bottom for it to show up) and add it as the second stop.
Make sure “Yunke Zip Line Meeting Point” is the first stop, and “Zunke Zipline” is the final destination/second stop. (This one might not show up on the bar even after you enter it. Please make sure it appears on the final map preview).
Press “Done”.
Choose your Uber size and pay.
